“I knew Hotel Diamond was a step above the rest but I was surprised how truly fantastic this place really was. The restaurant was excellent. I had filet mignon paired with some cabernet; it was honestly the best steak I’ve had in over 10 years. Room was clean and comfy. Staff was super nice. Highly recommend.”
